Whilst it is our intent to craft products of incomparable value, it’s possible that, from time to time, products may not reach you in pristine condition. Defective or damaged items should be returned within 45 days. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and, where possible, should be returned in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Refunds will be processed, and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a timely refund, please check your bank account and then contact your credit card company. Please bear in mind that it may take a couple of days before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges (if applicable)

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
