An expansive view of the 150 room Cliff Palace - the largest cliff dwelling in North America. The structure was excavated and built by the Anasazi (now called Ancestral Puebloans) in the 13th century and is located in Mesa Verde National Park, in southern Colorado. You can get an idea of the scale of the Cliff Palace by comparing it to the size of the NPS Guide in the bottom left of the capture.
